After years successfully developing ICT quality assurance strategies and solutions for financial services organisations in the UK, Europe and the USA, we are now applying our ability to design bespoke creative solutions to a much wider range of business sectors.
In the area of merger and acquisitions, we define creative solutions that facilitate the merger/acquisition whilst reducing or eliminating job losses, site closures and the impact on the local communities and people involved. This is social enterprise, engaging socially responsible market forces.
Our other area of interest is the banking and finance sector, where there are tremendous changes and possibilities to be harnessed. Working with a wide range of interested parties from southern Africa, Europe, the UK and the USA, we are exploring opportunities for diversification across the sector. From challenger banks to cryptocurrencies; from coin offerings, investment funds and fintech opportunities, there are significant developments and opportunities across the world at this time. We are focusing on strategies and solutions to make the most of this vibrant sector.
